What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the information you provide (your name, company, email address and message) together with basic technical metadata (IP address, user agent) used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we can help you raise capital. It is stored on our group infrastructure and may be shared within the Hetmos group for that purpose. We do not sell your data.
Conversational assistant (chat)
Our conversational assistant (chatbot) asks a few questions to understand your financing needs and, if you wish, collects your contact details (name, email, phone) so a member of our team can get back to you. Purpose: to qualify your request and contact you back for commercial purposes. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in following up on an inbound request. The conversation is processed via Cloudflare (hosting) and OpenRouter (language-model provider), which may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards (European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses).
Retention
Personal data is retained for 36 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL). To exercise them, contact HETMOS FRANCE SAS at contact@hetmos.com.
